Registration is compulsory (limited capacity), including of course for all speakers (except international guests in plenary sessions).

Registration fees include lunch buffets and coffee breaks for all 3 days. Please let us know which days you will be attending to avoid any waste.

Speakers' travel expenses will not be covered.

    Standard rate: €300.00 (from May 16, 2025)

    Early bird rate (until May 15, 2025): €150.00

    Reduced rate (students, precarious workers, laboratories or structures with reduced budgets, etc.): €30.00

The choice of rate will be made on the registration page. No supporting documents are required. The “Reduced rate” will only indicate “Doctoral students, retired, unemployed”, but any participant can choose it, depending on the resources of his or her institution.

Conversely, participants with substantial financial resources may choose to wait until May 16 to register, in order to help finance the colloquium. In this case, please let us know in advance by e-mail, so that we can ensure budget visibility and reserve a place for you.
